We offer a hassle-free refund policy allowing you to request a refund within 60 days of purchasing one of our garments. 

Eligibility for refunds

• Refunds are available only for full-price items purchased directly from our online store.

• To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

• Sale items, discounted products and gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Only store credit will be issued.

AUSTRALIA : return/Exchanges 

  • Fill up the return form included in your package with name and order number.
  • Put the item(s) back in their original packaging and include the return form.
  • Stick the pre-paid return form included in your package onto it.
  • Drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia post office.
  • Wait for your refund or for your new piece of kit.
  • Refunds/Exchange can take up to 10 days after we've received your item.

REST OF THE WORLD : Returns Only

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

  • Fill out the return form included in your package, providing your name and order number.
  • Place the item(s) back in their original packaging and include the completed return form.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund/store credit within 5 working days.

ARCHIVE SALES 

  • Consumers are responsible for shipping costs as return labels are not included with archive/promotion products.
  • Return or exchange are not applicable to discounted kits, only store credit will be issued. 

BoXing Day SaleS Terms and Conditions

  • Discount Code Restrictions : During blackout dates, all discount/ambassador codes will be subject to restrictions.
  • Refund Policy : Store credit will be provided for future purchases.
  • Exchange Policy : All purchased items are exchangeable. Customers are responsible for covering freight charges related to exchange requests.

REFUND

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within seven working days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment and can take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement. 
  • If you are still waiting for a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred. Next, contact your bank. Processing time can be long when it comes to refunds. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@soomom.com
