Given the stresses cycling places on zippers, occasional breaks can occur. While we can't repair zippers, if the break is attributed to a manufacturing fault, we'll happily replace, refund, or exchange the product within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

To initiate the process, simply shoot us an email along with your purchase receipt, detailing the crash, and outlining the damage to the garment. Don't forget to include a snapshot of the hole or tear, and if your dog played a role, we'd love to see a picture of the adorable culprit.
Once we assess the damages, we'll provide you with clear instructions on returning the product and guiding you through the steps to restore it to a usable state.
